These Terms of Service govern your use of the InvoiceDX platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

InvoiceDX provides an AI-powered invoice intelligence platform including e-invoicing compliance, ERP integration, invoice financing facilitation, and multi-country tax compliance tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis as described in your plan.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and the accuracy of invoice data submitted through the platform.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InvoiceDX for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent invoice data, to attempt unauthorized access to the platform, or to interfere with other users' use of the service.

4. Compliance Disclaimer

While InvoiceDX facilitates compliance with e-invoicing mandates (GST, ZATCA, Peppol, FTA), ultimate responsibility for tax compliance rests with you. InvoiceDX does not provide tax or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceDX's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
