We use your information to operate and improve the InvoiceDX platform, process e-invoicing compliance, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations in India (GST), UAE (FTA), Saudi Arabia (ZATCA), and other jurisdictions.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain ISO 27001 certification and CERT-IN compliance. Data is stored in regionally appropriate data centers to comply with local data residency requirements.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with tax authorities as required for e-invoicing compliance (GST IRP, ZATCA, FTA), ERP integration partners you authorize, and service providers bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For Indian users, rights are governed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. For UAE/Saudi users, applicable local data protection regulations apply.
